Comer College Team Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

Position Summary

The Comer College Team Administrative Assistant is primarily going to assist by completing tasks to create capacity for the Alumni Coordinators and UtmostU Manager.  They will play a significant role in the administration of the UtmostU Success App and its incentive system.  

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
  • Strong computer and writing skills, especially with the creation of presentations and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstration of cultural competency, dedication to working with youth, families and community members in our care.
Functions & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Alumni Support Manager with implementing the incentive system for the UtmostU Success App.
  • Assist the UtmostU Manager with programs and special events at the Comer Cave for alumni in the Chicagoland area.
  • Participate in special events, programming, meetings, and trainings as required.
  • Take on other duties and special projects as assigned.
Experience & Education
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel.
