Xchange Grand Crossing is an innovative workforce strategy we have envisioned with our partners Champs Mentoring, Operation Neighborhood Safety, Bitwise Industries, Millennial Beacon, P33 Chicago, UChicago Data Science Institute, and other leading local organizations to bring community health, digital innovation, workforce development, and drug discovery initiatives under one roof to connect the Greater Grand Crossing community with transformational health and economic opportunities.

We are a healthcare incubator on the South Side of Chicago that develops solutions aimed at improving the factors that determine health in overlooked populations. We aim to diversify the talent pool in healthcare innovation, creating a pipeline to innovative solution development and creating measurable positive impacts on health outcomes in Black communities.
Bitwise Industries
Bitwise Workforce Training was born out of a simple idea: The dedication to creating a diverse, inclusive talent pipeline, where anyone can learn and then immediately utilize those skills in the tech industry. Our system of teaching is individualized because we know one style of teaching won’t fit all. Alongside our curriculum, we incorporate soft skills like communication, collaboration, and confidence to help you network and prepare for your next job.
