The Gary Comer Youth Center offers an array of seasonally picked produce, herbs, and flowers grown and harvested by our youth. The best way to access our products is through our Farmers Market.

Youth Raised & Harvested
In addition to farm and garden workshops and tours, we'll also be featuring a number of youth-crafted products like Comer Crops Raw Honey raised and harvested by certificate-earning beekeepers, our beloved honey is light with an essence of neighboring fruits and native plants.

Farmers Market Kickoff Celebration June 28th 3-6p
Join us for our Farmers Market Kickoff celebration on Friday, June 28th 3-6p on Comer Crops Youth Farm across from our Gary Comer Youth Center at 7200 S. Ingleside Ave. Produced and hosted by our youth farmers and partner Pigment International, we'll be giving farm tours, painting our farm mural together with professional arts from various community art organizations, listening to good music, and celebrating our wonderful farm and youth farmers together! We’ll be cooking up pizzas in our brick oven, giving out grocery totes, and other little gifts to our guests. RSVP is required. We can’t wait to kick off another season of bringing healthy food access and equity to our community.
