Host Your Next Event With Us!

Our building is a hub for community connection, and we're excited to offer our spaces for your next meeting, event, or special gathering. With a variety of rooms and layouts available, we can accommodate everything from small, intimate meetings to large community events.

Who We Host
Our spaces are prioritized for other non-profits, community-centered groups or events, and youth-centered groups or events. Please note that we do not host personal events such as weddings, birthday parties, or family reunions.

Pricing, Insurance, and Booking
While we are eager to host your organization, we ask that you consider investing your allocated venue rental budget with us. This contribution helps cover the considerable staff time and resources it takes to make your event a success. We will email you a fee estimate, and if your budget is below this amount, we will work with you to the best of our abilities.

To ensure a smooth process for all, please be aware of the following:

Insurance: If your organization uses our spaces on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, or quarterly), you are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance.

Liability: If you do not have a Certificate of Insurance, all of your event participants must complete our GCYC partner membership form for liability purposes. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must complete this form. Upon completing our inquiry form, a "hold" will be placed on your desired date. Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee your date until all logistics are confirmed. To secure your space and avoid cancellation, all event logistics must be confirmed at least two (2) business weeks prior to your event.
